SMART MOTOR: Z425 smart battery motor can directly compatible with 5 Versions of Alexa. (Echo Plus 2nd Gen, Echo Show 2nd Gen, Echo Studio, Echo Show 10, Echo 4th Gen). No Smart Bridge needed. YL23 Bluetooth motor can directly work with Yoolax Home App without Smart Bridge. Connection with all versions of Alexa &Google Home requires a Bluetooth hub (available at Yoolax Store). Apple Homekit Motor can directly work with apple devices.  
 REMOTE CONTROL: Yoolax Lightwirl Remote is compatible with all three kinds motors above. It can control up to 9 blinds and has various functions like group control, adjusting opening percentage etc. 16-Channel Remote is only compatible with Z425 Motor and YL23 Motor and can control maximum 16 blinds.  
 MADE TO ORDER: the electric blind is custom made, you will see a "Customize Now" button on the page. Custom width is 22" to 98" wide, custom length is 22" to 120" long. We will send an email to double confirm the size within 24 hours after receiving the order. Please buy several zebra shades in 1 single order if you want the fabric slats to line up with each other because they need to be produced in the same batch. Please buy a fabric sample if you are not sure which color to choose.  
 LEAD TIME: dispatch in 3-5 working days after getting size confirmation. 5-8 working days for transportation. Each horizontal blind is made to order, can't be sold after a return. We appreciate customer precise measurement & careful orders, avoid return without quality issue. Yoolax offers a 2-year warranty on all our motors and remote controls, during which we will repair/replace them free of charge.
